Wynn Steed is our Maintenance Manager, he takes in and delegates all work orders as well as oversees the work to ensure it is completed in a timely fashion. He also heads up our 24-Hour hotline and helps us to stay on top of all emergencies and unexpected maintenance repairs. He has licensed Electricians and Handymen with years of experience and great prices, on call and ready to help when needed. All owners are also notified of any unexpected expenses extending over the limit!
